Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

•         Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
•         Both defective and non-defective products can be returned.
•         Defective products: return shipping is free of cost.
•         Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

•          Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
•         Allowed for size, color, or product variation (subject to availability).
•         Defective products will be exchanged free of cost.

Exceptions

•        Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales may not be eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

Process

•         Once approved, ship the product to the address provided.
•         Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
